During your design consultation, we'll help you explore what's available and what best suits your vision. If you have a specific material in mind, just mention it in your order form submission and we'll confirm availability.

Submitting a custom order is straightforward. Navigate to our Custom Order Form page, fill in your name and contact details, describe your design ideas, and specify your preferred materials. Once submitted, the form goes directly to our production team at arldjddzn@gmail.com. We'll follow up within one to two business days to discuss the details and confirm your order.

Lead times vary depending on the complexity of your design and the material selected. Standard fabric and leather cases typically take 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Cases using specialty or exotic materials such as stone may require 10 to 14 business days. We'll provide a specific estimated completion date when we confirm your order via email.

Pricing is based on two primary factors: the material you choose and the complexity of your design. Standard materials like fabric start at a lower price point, while premium materials such as leather or stone command higher pricing due to sourcing and craftsmanship demands. After you submit your order form, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a design consultation — typically over email or messaging. We'll review your design brief, discuss material options in detail, clarify dimensions and structural requirements, and confirm any special requests. This step ensures your finished case matches exactly what you envisioned before production begins.

Our primary service area is Baguio City, Philippines, where we are able to support in-person consultations and direct pickup. If you are located outside Baguio City, please mention your location in the order form and we will do our best to accommodate remote orders with shipping arrangements.
